Effective Hybrid Course Design
This design document was created in my Systematic Instructional Design course. My team was tasked with designing and developing course materials to solve an instructional problem. My team decided to address the current transition to hybrid learning that BAC Spartan Studies courses at the University of Tampa are undergoing. We spent additional time during this project expanding our task analysis and developing clear, measurable objectives. After a thorough analysis, my team developed a course in Rise 360. My team also focus on project management aspects of instructional design, focusing on analyzing the roles and contributions of each team member.

Introduction to Extended Reality
For this development artifact, my teammate and I designed instruction to provide middle school students with a basic overview of extended reality. We conducted a needs analysis, design instruction, focusing specifically on incorporating principles of the ARCS theory of motivation into our course design. We developed a storyboard and prototype of our instruction. Additionally, we designed a usability assessment for feedback before implementation. We focused on interactive and engaging elements within our design.
