As a summative assessment for my Theories of Learning and Cognition course, I was tasked with creating my own personal learning theory. As a current math teacher, I merged the concepts of social constructivism and problem-based learning to create an innovative Math Problem-Based Learning Model. Though this course was mainly focused on learning theories and their application in instructional design, this project allowed me to develop my skills in using Rise 360 to create instruction. I focused on including interactions in order to keep this content-heavy module engaging and effective, as well as creating a well-aligned assessment at the end of the course.
